Who you are buying from

These terms apply when you buy from churchofcraps.com and our Shopify store. The seller is 5-Z Events LLC (DBA Church of Craps), a Michigan company. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to the Shipping, Returns and Privacy pages. Questions go to [email protected].

What we sell

We sell game supplies such as dice, layouts, chips and accessories, print-on-demand items, and digital guides. They are for entertainment and education. We do not take bets, run games or pay winnings, and nothing we sell or teach is a way to beat the house. The house edge is real.

You must be at least 18 to place an order. You are responsible for following the laws where you live and play, including any rules on home games, fundraisers and casino nights. We do not give legal advice.

Product information

We try to describe every item accurately, including size, condition and what is in the box. Colors on screen can differ slightly from the real item, and printed items can vary a little from the mockup. Used items are sold as used. If a listing is wrong, our Returns page explains how we fix it.

Orders, prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping and any sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed by Shopify. An order is accepted when we confirm it by email.

We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, if a price or listing was clearly wrong, or if we suspect fraud. You can cancel by emailing us before your order ships; made-to-order items may not be cancellable once production has started.

Shipping and risk

Delivery estimates are estimates. Our Shipping page explains how orders are fulfilled by our partners and what happens if a parcel is late, lost or damaged. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave.

Digital products

When you buy a digital guide, you get a personal, non-transferable license to download it, read it and print copies for your own use, including your own game nights. You may not resell, share, upload or redistribute the files. Digital products are final sale except for defects, as described on our Returns page.

Our content

The text, guides, charts, logos and images on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may link to our pages and quote short passages with credit. Please do not copy whole guides or charts to another site.

Warranties and liability

Apart from the promises in these terms and on our policy pages, products are sold as described, and any manufacturer warranty passes through to you. Our guides are general information about how the game works; odds and payouts vary by table and venue.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Some states do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you, and nothing here limits rights you have by law.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If we cannot resolve a problem by email, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, unless the law where you live gives you a different right.

We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
