Who we are

This site and store are run by 5-Z Events LLC (DBA Church of Craps), a Michigan company. In this policy, "we" means that company. Questions about your data go to [email protected].

What we collect and why

When you order: your name, email, shipping and billing address, phone number if you give one, and what you bought. We use this to fulfill the order, send receipts and tracking, handle returns, and keep the records tax law requires.

When you email us: your address and whatever you write, so we can answer you.

When you sign up for email: your email address and the date you agreed (see below).

Payments and checkout

Checkout and payments are processed by Shopify on Shopify's checkout pages. Card details go directly to Shopify and its payment processors; we never see or store your full card number. Shopify's own privacy policy covers what it does with checkout data, and Shopify's store pages may use their own cookies.

Who we share it with

We share only what each service needs: Shopify (orders and payments), our drop-ship and print-on-demand partners (your name, shipping address and the items, so they can make and ship them), shipping carriers (delivery details), and our email service if you sign up. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising.

Email signup and consent

We only send marketing email if you ask for it, for example by entering your address in a signup form or checking the box at checkout. Order emails, such as receipts and tracking, are sent either way because they are part of your purchase.

Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can also email us to be removed. Unsubscribing takes effect promptly and does not affect order emails.

Analytics and cookies on this site

This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and see which pages are useful. Cloudflare's analytics does not use cookies or local storage for this and does not build a profile of you across websites. It reports things like the page, the referring site, browser type and country in aggregate. Cloudflare also hosts the site and processes basic request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver pages and block attacks.

There are no advertising pixels on this site. The cart saves item quantities in your browser's local storage so it survives a page reload; clearing your site data clears it. If we ever add another analytics tool, we will update this page first.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, usually up to 7 years. We keep email threads while they are useful and your signup until you unsubscribe.

Your choices and rights

Any customer can ask us what personal information we hold about them, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to keep. Residents of states with privacy laws, such as California, Colorado or Virginia, have these rights by law; we extend them to everyone. Email [email protected] and we will reply within 45 days. We will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us personal information, email us and we will delete it.

Security and changes

We use reputable providers and limit access to customer data, but no system is perfectly secure. If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new date.
