Orders, dice, layouts, and the question everyone asks first.
Do you sell gambling?
No. We sell dice, layouts, chips and the small parts that make a home craps game feel like a table. We do not take bets, book action or pay winners. If you play, the wager is between the people at your table, not with us.
How do I place an order?
When a product is live, Buy now opens a Shopify checkout on their domain. You can also add items to the cart on this site and send the whole cart over in one link. We do not run a card form here, and we never see the full card number. Until the first products are active, the shop shows a doors-open-soon note instead of a buy button.
When does my order ship?
Most orders ship in 1-3 business days from US warehouses. Transit inside the US is usually another 2-6 days after the carrier scans the box. The product page repeats that window. We do not promise a delivery date the carrier has not given.
How much is shipping?
The checkout page shows the shipping charge before you pay. We have not set a free-shipping threshold, so this site does not claim that shipping is free. We ship within the United States.
What is your return policy?
Unopened items in resalable condition can be returned within 30 days. Write us before you send a box so we know it is coming. Used or cancelled dice are sold as used. If a listing is wrong, tell us and we will make it right.
What size are casino craps dice?
A common casino stick is about 19mm on a side, with sharp edges and flush pips. Smaller dice, often 16mm, show up in travel sets. The product page is where the size belongs. We only call a die precision when its specs say so.
What does Used mean on a die?
Used means used. Cancelled casino dice left a live game, usually with a serial number voided so the pit would not put them back in play. They are practice dice and souvenirs. The word Used is printed on the page, not hinted at with a color.
What size layout do I need?
A 36 by 72 inch felt covers a lot of dining tables. Smaller mats work for two or three people and a coffee table. Measure the table before you buy, and read the inches on the listing. A full home table is a different purchase, with freight, and we do not list one until the dimensions and the lead time are on the page.
Can I send craps gear as a gift?
Yes. Checkout, once it is open, is the place to enter a different shipping address. We do not add a handwritten card unless a listing says we do. A bundle is the simple gift. A single stick of dice is the smaller one.
Do you sell full craps tables?
Not yet. Tables stay off the site until we can publish dimensions, freight and a lead time on the listing. Layouts and mats are the way to play before that. If you want a note when a table is real, use the contact page.
Which payments do you take?
Shopify runs the payment on their checkout. The methods they show there are the methods we can take. We do not take wagers, wire instructions in a product photo, or payment through a personal message.
How should we value chips at home?
Pick a value the table can afford to lose, and say it out loud before the first roll. A common start is one color at one dollar and a second color at five. Write it on a card. The chips are not cash unless your group agrees they are.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No. We ship inside the US. If that changes, the shipping page will say so before a product asks you to pay.
What if something arrives damaged?
Email a photo and your order number. We would rather replace a cracked die or a torn felt than argue about it. That is separate from the unopened-return rule, which is about change of mind.
